Welcome to the first contest for CakeIdeas101. We are doing this in partnership with Mill Creek Country Store. Here is what you will need to do to participate in the contest:
#1. Go to the store by clicking HERE.
#2. Go in and shop around in the store. They have some really cool products that should be of definate interest to cake decorators. Just click on any of the links on the left side to see what you might use for cake ideas; such as, baking flavors, nonpareils, sample packages, sanding sugar, shapes, sprinkles, and trays (such as the one to be won in this contest).
#3. After you are done looking around (take your time), come back to this page and post a comment in the white comment box below telling what you found at Mill Creek Country Store that you found interesting or what you liked the most and why if there is a particular reason.
#4. Be sure to spread the news to your cake decorating friends so they can have a chance to win too. If they do, maybe they would share a few of the sprinkles with you 
!
That's all there is to it! The contest will close at midnight on Sunday, February 1, 2009. A drawing will be held to determine the winner of the prize shown below. It will be shipped in time for Valentine's Day cake decorating needs. Here is what is up for grabs:

Wow. I’m new to cake decorating but I think this store is perfect for a newbie. They sell sugars in small enough quantities for a rookie to experiment with without breaking the bank.
Also, they have hot garlic mushrooms. My husband would love those.
There are so many choices and so many colors. And so many shapes. I am excited to get started on my next project. And the prices listed at this site are very reasonable.
WOW. Nice store to get any kind of sprinkles you need. I especially liked the Topperz and Crystalz. It is hard for me to find the color silver in anything when it comes to cakes, but this store has a very nice selection in ALOT of colors and shapes!
